Terms of Service

• By creating an account or using inspirat.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use inspirat.ai.
• These terms apply to all users — free, Pro, and Business.

• inspirat.ai is an AI-powered home renovation visualizer. You upload a photo of a room, describe changes or pick a style, and AI generates a redesigned version.
• Results are AI-generated visualizations, not professional blueprints or contractor quotes. They're meant for inspiration and planning.
• We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows or AI provider outages may temporarily affect availability.

• You sign in using a verification code sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or use someone else's.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

• Use inspirat.ai for home renovation and interior design only.
• Don't upload or prompt content that is sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or unrelated to home design.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Don't use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

• You own the images you generate using inspirat.ai. You may use them for any personal or commercial purpose.
• Photos you upload remain yours. We only use them to generate your designs and don't share them with third parties.
• The inspirat.ai platform, brand, and technology are our intellectual property. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
• Free-tier images include a watermark. Removing or altering the watermark without upgrading to a paid plan is not allowed.

• The free tier is free forever with a 2-generation rolling bank (24 h auto-recharge). Bonus generations available via the mobile app. No credit card required.
• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

• inspirat.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or suitable for construction. Always consult a professional before making renovation decisions.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data (account information, generated images, projects) is immediately and permanently erased. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately with no refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
