• We only collect your email address to sign you in via magic link. No password is stored.
• Photos you upload are stored securely on AWS (S3) and are only used to generate your designs. We never share them with third parties.
• Generated images are linked to your account so you can access your history. You can delete them at any time.
• We use Stripe for payments. We never see or store your credit card information.
• We may use anonymous, aggregated data (e.g. number of generations per day) to improve the service. This data is never tied to your identity.

• inspirat.ai is designed for home renovation and interior design only.
• Prompts and images are automatically checked by our moderation system. Content that is sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or unrelated to home design will be blocked.
• Repeated violations may result in your account being suspended.
• If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged, reach out to us via the contact page.

• You own the designs you create. You're free to download, share, and use them however you like — for personal or commercial purposes.
• We do not claim any ownership or rights over your generated images.
• Free-tier images include a small watermark. Pro and Business plans remove it.

• The free plan gives you 3 generations per day, forever. No credit card needed.
• Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Prices may change, but we'll always notify you before your next billing cycle.
